Please note that this position is full-time, on-site in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Position purpose and scope

We are looking for a dynamic IT Specialist who has a highly systematic approach to solving problems and understands a wide range of best practices that can be used to resolve common networking, software, and hardware issues. S/he will also be involved in our fintech integration and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

The candidate must possess the relevant skills required to perform them.

  • Manage networks, systems, hardware, and databases including backups
  • Provide user technical support and collaborate with other departments for IT-related regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
  • Manage Data Information and Cyber Security
  • Formulate IT policies
  • Perform IT audit
  • Maintain inventory of internal licenses and track compliance
  • Keep up to date with the latest technological news, trends, processes and methodologies

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of full-time related experience
  • Experience in the fintech/financial services industry is an advantage

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related courses.
